How do I get my bank statements?

Option 1: View your account statements in the eboo app
 
Log in to your eboo app and go to the "Documents" section. There, you will find your account statements as well as other banking documents.
Tip: You can download multiple documents at once by using the selection button located at the bottom right of the screen.

Option 2: Request statements older than 3 years

Account statements older than 3 years are no longer available directly in the eboo app. To obtain them, please contact our teams:

• via the secure messaging service available in eboo;
• or by phone on 8002 8004

Please note that duplicate copies may be charged per document, in accordance with our price list.
