Answers to your questions

No, it is not possible to sign up to the Assur+ option after you have purchased your phone. You must subscribe for this option at the time of purchase.

No, there is no excess to pay. 

In the event of loss or theft, a replacement phone will be provided on the same day the claim is made. 

Yes, the Assur+ option can only be taken out as part of a POP Mobile subscription.

There is no fixed commitment period for Assur+, but the option is tacitly renewed every month for a period of six years.
