Will my plan be blocked once I’ve used all of my mobile data?
No, your plan will not be blocked: you can continue using data outside your plan up to a limit of €50 excl. VAT. However, your speed will be reduced to 128 kb/s to prevent excessive usage. If you wish to restore normal speeds, you can purchase an Extra Volume top-up.
It is also possible to block out-of-plan usage by subscribing to the Forfait Bloqué option, which can be added to your plan for €2 per month. This option is available and can be activated directly via MyPost. In this case, mobile internet access will be suspended once you have used all the data included in your plan.
