No, your plan will not be blocked: you can continue using your data, but your speed will be reduced to 128 kb/s to avoid excessive out-of-bundle usage. If you wish to restore normal speeds, you can purchase an Extra Volume top-up.
You can also choose to limit your usage by subscribing to the blocked plan option, which can be added to your plan. This option is available and can be activated directly via MyPost. In this case, mobile internet access will be suspended once you have used up the full amount of data included in your plan.
