Telephone communication must adapt to the new needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. Technological developments, with the migration from analogue to digital as promoted by the European Union, now offer a wide range of new opportunities to all economic players in the market.

As a product manager at POST Telecom, my role is to monitor how products change over time and to ensure that the solutions offered meet the needs of the players. I therefore support the lifecycle of the product, from overseeing its launch to managing the end of its life, to guarantee the greatest operational efficiency for each of our customers. More specifically, I deal with fixed telephony solutions.

My professional career, since graduating from business school with a specialisation in telecommunications, has led me to develop my skills in many areas. I had the opportunity to work in communication and digital marketing agencies, for software editors in the audio-visual field and for television service operators, before joining the POST group.

I enjoy serving customers and the market, to enable each organisation to take on new challenges. Telephony has a clear impact on company performance. New unified cloud-based communication solutions should facilitate dialogue and the transmission of communications, to better connect people. My role is to support SMEs in this transition to digital telephony, by helping them access solutions that meet their specific needs, but also by making them aware of the new possibilities available to them.

The virtualisation of cards offers new opportunities for users and promises savings for manufacturers. It also makes it easier to connect much smaller objects, while ensuring a high level of security.
