Check that your BusinessEurope Customer and Business Packs accounts with or without TV:

  1. are at the same name
  2. have the same date of birth
  3. are at the same address

If any of these three conditions are not met, call the Contact Center at toll-free number 8002 8400. The time required for this regularization will take a few days.

1.  Eligibility: To benefit from the Advantage Pack, the Customer must have subscribed to a Pack with TV + Internet + Landline Business as well as one or more mobile subscriptions and be the account holder for the products. The installation of the TV + Internet + Landline Business Pack must be completed.

2. The relevant Mobile offer is: BusinessEurope.

3. Activating the Advantage Pack by the Customer entitles him to benefits in the form of increased mobile data volume based on the subscribed package as presented in the Traffic Data table.

4. Conditions:  A maximum of 5 BusinessEurope subscriptions can be linked to the Advantage Pack per household. Unlimited weekend data traffic is only valid on the Luxembourg network and is automatically activated from Friday, starting at 8:00 p.m. (local time in Luxembourg) until Sunday at 11:59 p.m. The Advantage Pack is automatically deactivated when the Customer is no longer eligible.

5. Data traffic: Data communications made from a mobile network. 1 MB = 1024 KB. The speed can be influenced by various factors. More details on speeds can be found in the Net Neutrality Document. As provided by European regulations, POST applies a consumption policy in Europe corresponding to at least the total volume included in the offer without surcharge.

6. In case of continuous use heavily consuming bandwidth (like peer-to-peer or download, for example) likely to saturate the network in a given area, and likely to harm POST users in that area, and/or when using a device other than a mobile phone, the customer will be notified of their unreasonable usage. In case of recurrence following this notification, the customer is informed that their line may be suspended. Beyond the included package in Europe, in accordance with current European regulations, a surcharge of €0.0053 including tax per MB will be applied.

7. BusinessEurope XL and MAXI packages: For voice communications, an automatic cut-off is made after 3 hours of continuous communication.

8. Access: The Customer can activate the Advantage Pack via the MyPOST Application, via the POST Telecom Contact Center at 8002 8004, by email at contact.telecom@post.lu or at a POST Telecom sales point. If the Customer has a Tele + Internet + Fixed Telephony Business Pack and one or more BusinessEurope subscriptions, which are not grouped under the same customer account, the Customer must either contact the Contact Center or go to a POST Telecom sales point to request the grouping and benefit from the Advantage Pack. The Customer can manage their benefits via the MyPOST Application.
