During your registration, you will just have to choose your home delivery location.
A parcel is delivered to your home, you’re absent, you find a delivery notice in your letter-box and you go and collect your order from a pick-up point… all that’s over with PackUp!
The PackUp 24/24 network already has over a hundred of stations throughout the country, offering 24/7 access*.
To have your goods delivered to a PackUp 24/24 station, simply register on www.mypost.lu and select the PackUp station of your choice.
Then, when you order goods online, enter your PackUp address and you’ll be informed via SMS/ e-mail when your delivery is available for pick-up.
*PackUp stations installed indoors, in places showing the opening hours, are only accessible at those hours.
The PackUp Points offer you more places at which you can pick up your postal items.
Located throughout the whole country, you have a very large choice among Post offices, service stations, shops etc. The opening hours of these PackUp Points are diverse and it’s up to you to decide which is the PackUp Point that best suits you to pick up your items.

The PackUp Import service enables you to have your items delivered to Luxembourg even when the sales website does not allow this.
Thanks to PackUp Import, you have an address at your disposal in France and Germany and POST then forwards your items to the PackUp 24/24 station or the PackUp Point of your choice.
