Answers to your questions
In the basic configuration, the user interface of your Homebox is protected by an individual password. The Homebox password can be found on the sticker on the underside of the device.
The password is valid as long as you have not changed it.
You can change your WiFi password in the "Home" tab of the Plume Home app.
Our technicians can of course install the system for you. The installation costs vary and the final amount can only be given once your home has been assessed.
