Individual customers

  • Do you have a TV, Internet or landline package? Check your bills in the MyPost web app.

  • Do you have a mobile package? Check your bills in the MyPost Telecom mobile app. 

  • You can opt to receive your bills by e-mail in these apps.

Business customers

  • Are you a BusinessEurope and/or Business Package customer? Your bills can be found in the MyPost mobile app. 

  • Alternatively, you can check your bills directly in the ControlCenter app. If you don’t have access to ControlCenter, request it here.

POST Telecom wants to encourage free e-billing. Your e-bills are issued, sent and received in a digital format, making processing more autonomous and instantaneous. Just like hard copies of bills, e-bills contain all the required compulsory notices. You can access your six most recent bills in your application MyPost or ControlCenter.
