PackUp SMS will stop
From June 5, 2023, POST will stop sending PackUp SMS containing the PIN/PIN codes needed to collect your parcels from the PackUp station. However, you will still receive the email containing your PIN codes. You can also download our new mobile app to continue receiving your codes on your smartphone.

Do you know our new “POST Parcels & Mail” mobile app?
It is by far the best alternative to receive your PIN/PIN codes directly on your mobile with “push notification”.
You can also from your mobile:
- Add/Remove PackUp stations
- Consult your PackUp Import addresses
- Track your shipments
The "POST Parcels & Mail" app works with your "MyPost ID" account, you will find your Customer Space already configured and ready to use.
Have you forgotten your MyPost.lu access codes?
Don't panic, there is no need to create a new MyPost ID account, just log on to mypost.lu and use the "Forgot your password?". From your phone number, your e-mail or your username we will find you in our database and we will send you your access codes by e-mail.
Download the "POST Parcels and Mail" app, activate notifications to access of all the features.
