1. Eligibility : To benefit from the Pack Advantage, the Customer must have taken out a Packs Business Internet+TV subscription including TV or one or more ConnectedOffice/ConnectedOffice Essentials Internet+Landline subscriptions
including landline and Internet, plus one or more BusinessEurope Mobile subscriptions and be the holder of the relative product account. The Packs Business Internet+TV or ConnectedOffice/ConnectedOffice Essentials Internet+Landline subscription must
be set up.
2. Content of the Pack : By activating the Pack Advantage, the Customer is entitled to benefits in the form of additional mobile data, depending on the plan taken out, as presented in the Traffic Data table.
3. Conditions : A maximum of 10 BusinessEurope subscriptions can be linked to the Pack Advantage per company. Unlimited Traffic Data on weekends is only valid on the Luxembourg network and is automatically activated from
Friday at 8 p.m. (local time Luxembourg) until Sunday at 11.59 p.m. The Pack Advantage is automatically deactivated when the Customer is no longer eligible.
4. ata traffic : data communications made using a mobile network. 1 MB = 1024 KB. The speed may be affected by various factors. Further details on speeds can be found in the Net
Neutrality Document. As provided for in
European regulations, POST operates a consumer policy in Europe corresponding at least to the total volume included in the offer without surcharges.
5. In the event of continued use that consumes considerable bandwidth (e.g. peer-to-peer traffic or downloading), which is likely to saturate the network in a given area and may adversely affect POST users in that area,
and/or use via a device other than a mobile telephone, the customer will be notified of this unreasonable use. If it continues following this notification, the customer will be informed that the line may be suspended. In accordance with
current European regulations, once your plan allowance in Europe has been used, a surcharge of €0.0045, excl. VAT, per MB is applied.
6. XL and MAXI subscriptions : Voice communications are automatically cut off after three hours of continuous communication.
7. Access : The Customer can activate the Pack Advantage via the MyPOST Application, the POST Telecom Sales Helpdesk on 8002 4000, by email at contact.telecom@post.lu
or at a POST Telecom sales outlet. If the Customer has a Packs Business Internet+TV subscription including TV or a ConnectedOffice/ConnectedOffice Essentials Internet+Landline subscription and one or more BusinessEurope subscriptions, which are not
grouped together in the same customer account, the Customer must either contact the Sales Helpdesk or go to a POST Telecom sales outlet to request that they be grouped together and to obtain the Pack Advantage. The Customer can manage these
benefits via the MyPOST Application.
