To earn the Gold Partner status, POST must include permanent Certified Sales Professionals and DataCore Solution Architects in its staff teams. The teams must also each include two DataCore Implementation Engineers.

Regular training sessions provide the skills and accreditation which allow POST to advise its clients on the possibilities and advantages offered by DataCore software defined storage solutions, and ensure the implementation of these solutions.

As partners, the POST teams are regularly informed about upcoming updates and can therefore better help their clients get the most out of the DataCore solutions. With this in mind, our team is also invited to participate in technology previews and beta programs offered by the software publisher.

After selling and installing these solutions, POST also provides long-term technical help to clients, by providing support in the use of these effective tools. To do this, POST operators can make use of a dedicated technical liaison contact point.
