I forgot my POP TV parental code. What should I do?

For security reasons, the parental code cannot be retrieved.
It is personal and confidential.

To set a new one, you need to reset your decoder by following the steps below:

• Linux decoder
Press the “Reset” button located on the left side of the decoder 5 times in a row.

• Android decoder
In the POP TV settings, go to “Device Preferences” > “About”
Then select “Factory reset”
