My job at POST is to facilitate collaboration on the organisational level. Between video calls, document sharing, instant messaging, email and phones, we now have a wide range of options for better communication.

I started out with a vocational degree in electronics and have seen the development of technology in telecommunications and collaboration up close. My extensive experience has enabled me to help companies integrate technological advances such as network management, security and confidentiality into their processes.

In the future, the most successful companies will be those that provide their employees with the easiest access to information, at the right time, according to need and urgency. Technology is designed to facilitate exchange. The challenge is to identify which existing technologies will enable flexibility and productivity gains while meeting the needs of each organisation.
